Gets Ants Marathon: Standards For Earning An Official Finish

To earn an official finish on race day, you must meet all of the qualification standards set forth here.

On race day, you must achieve the qualification standard for which you qualify on race day, within 90% of that standard. For example, on race morning, if you are an 18-year-old male weighing 99 pounds (your weight is subject to the same qualification process as that which is set forth in the qualification process), you must complete the marathon in at least 2:35:33.33.

Any runner who completes the marathon, on race day, in a time slower than the qualification standards will have their time calculated based on the 90% rule. If they meet the 90% standard, an asterisk will be place next to their names, and their results will be included in a separate set of results. Runners who do not meet the 90% standard will be listed as "DNF" in that separate set of results.
